February 8th (2/8) : Boba and Billiards Meetup


Time: 5 PM
Location: Student Union Bowling and Billiards Center


We will be hosting a Boba and Billiards Meet up so that everyone can meet and hangout with the SASE E-Board and fellow SASE-fam before we officially kickoff the Spring Semester! Hope to see everyone there!





February 10th ~ 12th (2/10 ~ 2/12) : SASE West Regional Conference (WRC)

The SASE 2023 West Regional Convention is an event where SASE Collegiate Chapters across the West Region gather together and network for Professional Development Workshops and Networking Events. This convention is a special opportunity for you to celebrate SASE's achievements and values, and where you can get more involved with our organization.

February 13th (2/13) : COE Spring Club Fair



Time: 9:00AM ~ 12:00PM
Location: ENGR 285/287

Come check out the College of Engineering Student Organizations. We have 15+ orgs that will be tabling at our CoE Spring Club Fair! Please RSVP with the link below and bring other friends/classmates to this event as well.


February13th (2/13) : SASE Pie-raiser


Time: 1:00PM ~ 4:00 PM
Location: 7th Street Plaza

We welcome everyone to come and join us for our very first fundraiser of the semester!! This PieRaiser will allow members of the club to hang out with other SASErs and have fun raising extra money to support our upcoming events and activities for the semester by volunteering to get pied in the face for $5 or for a bundle of two pies for $8!

[$5 for one pie, $8 for a bundle of two pies!]


February 14th (2/14) : SASE Valentines 

New year, new semester, new memories, new friends, and perhaps even...new love O.o Whether it's romantic or platonic we all have people that we hold dear to our hearts and what better way to show your appreciation towards them than by sending them a Valentine Gram made by the efforts of your very own E-board! :kith: You can send a valentine gram through SASE by using the following link until 11:59 PM on February 13th: https://tinyurl.com/SASEVALENTINE23 Feel free to drop your email(s) in #-sase-valentine-grams for everyone to look at!

Cards will be distributed to recipients on Valentine's Day!

February 17th (2/17) : First Spring General Meeting


Time: 4:00PM ~ 5:00 PM
Location: BBC 322

Our first general meeting of the spring semester is coming upon us! During this First General Meeting, new members will be able to meet the SASE Executive Board and fellow SASE-fam, as well as learn more about SASE as an organization and our plans for this semester! Before attending please fill out our RSVP form so we can get an idea of how many people will be attending!


February 17th (2/17) : Kickstarter Demo Day 

Time: 5:00 PM 
Location: BBC 322

Following the meeting, we will also be hosting our Kickstarter Demo Day where our Kickstarter Project groups will be showcasing the work they've done during the fall semester on their projects!! Stick around and show your support!

February 24th (2/24) : AOE x MEP Game Night Collab

Time: 5:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM
Location: ENGR 285/287

AOE has reached out to MEP and all the orgs (AOE, BASE, SASE, SOLES, SWE) and would like to host a game night! FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED! Be sure to RSVP below so they can get the right amount of food!

Sign ups for mentors and mentees will be announced soon so STAY ON THE LOOKOUT AND INVITE YOUR FRIENDS!

Internship Program

Sign ups for our internship program will be announced soon! Be sure to sign up to get a chance to shadow under THREE different Executive Board officers and see what is done in the background to keep SASE running!
